Terms and Conditions of The Nest Hostel Pune

 1.⁠ ⁠Booking & Payment: Reservations must be confirmed with a valid ID and full payment in advance. Rent once paid is not refundable under any circumstances. In case of cancellations, the deposit will be refunded by deducting 20 percent of the deposit amount.

 2.⁠ ⁠Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be subject to additional charges.

 3.⁠ ⁠Identification: A government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. International guests must present a valid passport and visa.

 4.⁠ ⁠Guest Conduct: Guests must maintain decorum and respect other guests and staff. Any disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

 5.⁠ ⁠Property Damage: Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hostel property. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest.

 6.⁠ ⁠No Smoking and Drinking: Smoking & Drinking are strictly prohibited inside the hostel premises, including rooms and common areas. 

 7.⁠ ⁠Personal Belongings: The hostel is not liable for any loss or theft of personal belongings. Lockers are available, and guests are advised to secure their valuables.

 8.⁠ ⁠Visitors: Visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms. Guests may meet visitors in designated common areas with prior approval from management.

 9.⁠ ⁠Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum during this time.

10.⁠ ⁠Termination of Stay: The management reserves the right to terminate a guest's stay without prior notice if the terms and conditions are violated. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
